Article 1 (Service Overview)

Deji (hereinafter "the Service") is a matchmaking service that allows Splatoon 3 players to recruit and join teammates for online play. This Service is an unofficial fan-made service and is not affiliated with Nintendo Co., Ltd.

Article 2 (Terms of Use)

• The Service is available to everyone free of charge.
• Login via X (Twitter), Discord, or Google account is required to use the Service.

Article 3 (Prohibited Actions)

Users must not engage in the following activities:

• Harassment, defamation, or discriminatory speech toward other users
• Registering or posting false information
• Interfering with the operation of the Service
• Unauthorized access or attacks on the system
• Commercial use, advertising, or promotional activities
• Activities that violate laws or public order
• Any other activities deemed inappropriate by the operator

Article 4 (Disclaimer)

• The Service is provided as-is and does not guarantee fitness for any particular purpose.
• The operator bears no responsibility for damages arising from use of the Service.
• The operator bears no responsibility for disputes between users.
• The operator bears no responsibility for damages arising from service interruption or termination.

Article 5 (Communications from the Operator)

The operator may contact users through the following means:

• Contact methods: We will contact you via the email address associated with your account or through in-service notifications.
• Content: Communications may include important service announcements, changes to terms and policies, user support inquiries, survey and feedback requests, and information about new features and campaigns.
• Opt-out: You may opt out of marketing communications (such as new feature and campaign announcements) at any time. However, essential service communications (such as terms change notifications) cannot be opted out of.

Article 6 (Service Changes and Termination)

The operator may change the content of or terminate the Service without prior notice.

Article 7 (Changes to Terms)

The operator may change these Terms as necessary. Updated Terms take effect when posted on this page. For significant changes, we will provide prior notice via in-service display or email.
